After finishing the questline in Ammer you can choose an order to join. It doesn't really matter which one. The questline you can see in the video!
There are 3 orders to choose from:

Klavdia's power can only be compared to her ambitions. The lifelong deam of this mysterious sorceress is to banish the hateful Astral and restore Sarnaut in its original shape, just without the crazy god in its core. If anyone can reverse the Cataclysm, it's her.
Order of Progress
To the new horizons
The followers of Great Mage Catherina yearn for a magitech revolution in Sarnaut. Their dream is to unite sorcery and science and discover a whole new field of disciplines and a pathway to unknown worlds.

On guard of order
No one knows better than Zayan that toying with divine power can lead to! The Great Elven Mage and his followers prefer not to meddle in the natural order of things and continue to explore distant corners of Sarnaut. Who knows what else this world hides?
After joining an order you can participate in daily "buff" votes and earn order prestige
Today's Gifts
Here you can see Gifts voted by your Order's members on the previous day. They are active for 24 hours. After the Gifts expire, they cannot be reactivated for 3 days.
Gifts of the Source
Apart from the Gifts, which are changing daily, there are also bonuses that will affect you during the whole stage (14 days).
You will receive the first bonus if you had entered in the top 10 of your class in the Trial of Blood at the previous stage.
You will receive the second bonus if you had entered the top 100 of your Order at the previous stage.
The third bonus is granted by your Order's position in the Order leaderboards (which depends on the total results of the Trial of Blood participants). The first and second Orders receive additional bonuses.
Vote
Here you can vote for the Gifts that you want to be activated the next day. Each Order member can vote for 3 Gifts. Vote value (the amount of points that will be counted as your vote) depends on your Prestige earned at the previous Order stage.
Don't start voting random like crazy, there are buffs that should be choosing always together:
Regalia of War always with Rivers of Blood (third one doesn't matter)
Top 100 players of all servers and factions who have earned most Order Prestige at the current stage.
Prestige can be earned in the following activities: Skirmishes, Combats, Dominion, Astral allods, open astral, KOE, Alrihat (opening chests and killing bosses), raids and Tka-Rik's Cave
Prestige rating leader of the previous stage. Their name will be shown during the current stage.
You can take part in the Training Trial an unlimited number of times, while the rating Trial of Blood can be joined only once a stage. The result of the Trial will define your position in your class leaderboards.
