Everytime we hear from new players inside and outside from guild that we are sooo good equipped and that they don't have a chance against us! Ofcourse it doesn't come over night, but you can work on it.
You can earn enough gold, draconic relicts and world elixirs weekly to catch up.
- First of all get 100 , get your Greatness and your shell

- Ask in guild if somebody has Al'Rihat gear for you

- Join the current layer when friends or guild goes or ask yourself, because mercs are very bad and you will need too long time to "maybe" do the allod.

- Do Al'Rihat to get currency and reputation to buy insignias to upgrade your gear from 90% -106%

- Do KOE (Kingdom of Elements) for your monthly Insignias, 5000 emblems for both (to change the stats on your equip) and for gold (1200 emblems = 20742 gold)
Ask older players for advice about stats in PVE / PVP
Those monthly insignias you get also as a unique reward by doing old raids (Winter Palace, Fractal , Secret Path), so if you have them already, wait till they run out to give in the quest.

- Join Random Battleground (don't be shy, dying is part of the game and battlegrounds are mixed, so you may find in opposite team somebody even with lower gear than you 😋)
Same as Trial of Blood it gives you Signs of Victory and potions, pvp food, and when you win, equip.

-Do 3x3 Training if your guild queues (with this currency you buy World Elixirs, to craft and upgrade your artefact)
You need 50k World Elixirs and 1,1 million gold to craft the artefact

-Do Melting Island (you got a letter by mail with instrucctions)
You get 10 keys per week = 25k World Elixirs or a random T3 equip piece
If you take 4 chests you can't pick up anymore buffs and if you take 5 and more, you will be marked on map and everyone can see you.

-Do Storm and Urobos when your guild goes
For those 2 weekly quest you get also World Elixirs and from the Suslanger currency you can buy Draconic Relicts

-Do sunday and wednesday dominion to get your honor up to 500 = max realgar per week
You can buy rubies, stats and talents with your realgar

-Do Maze with your group or ask in guild chat

Both gives you a good weekly gold income and some World Elixirs

- Start a profession, it's a good gold income when you sell workpieces (but it will cost you gold to level it)
